Scott A. Greenberg, M.D., is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He trained in General Surgery at Boston University Affiliated Hospitals in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed his plastic surgery residency at Eastern Virginia Graduate Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. With twenty-one years of emergency medical experience, Dr. Negron completed his residency in emergency medicine at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, NY.  His first attending job was at Westchester County Medical Center where he was on the faculty at New York Medical College.  In Orlando he served as Medical Director at South Seminole Hospital Emergency Dept. and has worked at Florida Hospital.  His most recent position is with Health Central Hospital.  From 1980 to present, his academic appointments include Clinical Instructor of Surgery, Assistant Professor of Medicine and presently Assistant professor of Emergency Medicine at New York Medical College. Dr. Negron is board certified in Emergency Medicine, Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Fellow of American Academy of Emergency Medicine, BLS, ATLS and ACLS Instructor. He has licensure in Florida, New York and Connecticut. Tirso’s Emergency Medicine experience provides BellaCura with a valuable medical resource when dealing with a spectrum of medical issues.

JOSEPH BUFFA, Senior Vice President, Business Development, NanoSteel.  

Mr. Buffa is a founder of NanoSteel and was MILCOM's Director of Business Development. While at MILCOM, he negotiated the exclusive license for the NanoSteel technology and developed the initial team to launch the company. Mr. Buffa has more than 20 years start-up experience particularly in negotiating complex business development contracts in the fields of technology and energy. Mr. Buffa's background in mechanical engineering and law led him to his first start-up, almost 20 years ago, as a founder of Cameron Gas Company, an innovative energy company that successfully leveraged open access laws, and, over a decade of operation, won national awards by saving government and private industry millions of dollars in energy costs.
